CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Notice • I understand that a minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for canceling or rescheduling my appointment. • I agree to provide the cancellation notice directly to the business via phone, Direct message, or using the app. Late Cancellations or No-Shows • l acknowledge that failing to provide the required 24-hour cancellation notice or not showing up for my appointment may result in a charge to my credit card on file, or due upon the next appointment booking. • l acknowledge that there is a 15 min grace time for if running late. Longer than 15 mins will result in a No-Show. Rescheduling • I understand that rescheduling my appointment is subject to availability. • l agree to provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any rescheduling
